Refund Policy

1. Our general policy

Laser Layers is a digital service. Delivery commences immediately upon payment. Sukladno čl. 79. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača (NN 19/2022) i Direktivi 2011/83/EU — in accordance with Article 79 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/2022) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU — by purchasing a token pack you expressly request immediate commencement of the Service and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once you have used at least one token from the pack.

Important: An "export" (one token) means downloading the SVG/PNG ZIP file for a job. Uploading images and adjusting preview settings are always free and do not consume a token or trigger this waiver.

2. When a refund is NOT available

• After you have used at least one token from the purchased pack.
• If your account was suspended or terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.

3. When a refund IS available

• 14-day window for unused tokens: If you contact us within 14 days of payment AND have not used any token from the purchased pack, we will refund the full purchase amount.
• Technical failure on our side: If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side that we have not resolved within a reasonable time, we will provide a fair refund for the affected purchase.
• Billing error: Double charge or other clear billing mistake — full refund of the erroneous amount.

4. One-time purchase — no subscription

Token packs are a one-time purchase. There is no subscription to cancel and no recurring charges. Purchased tokens never expire and remain on your account until used.

For invoices and receipts, use the customer portal link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or email podrska@mp-dizajn.com.

5. How to request a refund

Send an email to podrska@mp-dizajn.com with:

• Subject: "Refund request — [your email address]"
• Your account email address
• Date and amount of payment (or Lemon Squeezy order ID if available)
• Brief reason for the request

We will respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The bank typically processes the transfer within 5–10 business days (this depends on your card issuer, not on us).

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Refund requests are evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of the original purchase. Material changes will be announced via email.
